Forfeiture of Assets - As introduced, clarifies that a motor vehicle used in the commission or flight from commission of the offense of drag racing is subject to civil asset forfeiture; designates the department of safety as the applicable agency for such forfeiture proceedings. - Amends TCA Title 40, Chapter 33 and Title 55, Chapter 10, Part 5.
