Probation and Parole - As introduced, adds the criminal offenses of aggravated assault resulting in serious bodily injury to another or the death of another and aggravated assault involving the actual discharge of a firearm to those offenses that are not eligible for probated sentence, if the offenses were committed intentionally or knowingly. - Amends TCA Title 39 and Title 40.
