State Government - As enacted, prohibits a governmental entity that regulates entertainment transportation from refusing to renew a permit to a business that provides such transportation if the entity issued the permit to the business to provide such transportation prior to May 1, 2024, or revoking a permit issued to such a business except for good cause shown in an administrative hearing. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 7; Title 54; Title 55; Title 56; Title 57; Title 65; Title 67 and Title 68.
