Conservation - As enacted, requires that appointees to the fish and wildlife commission participate in activities regulated by the commission; requires the commission and wildlife resource agency to encourage hunting, angling, and trapping as preferred methods of wildlife management and conservation within this state; clarifies the fish and wildlife commission's authority over the taking of game and fish. - Amends TCA Title 70.
