Tullahoma - Subject to local approval, clarifies that the election for the Board of Education aligns with the November general election; extends board members' terms from August, until a successor is elected and qualified; establishes a four-year term for board members; extends the terms of the three school board members elected on the first Thursday in August 2020 from the first Thursday in August 2024 to the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November 2024, or until their successors are elected and qualified; extends the terms of the two school board members elected on the first Tuesday in August 2021 from the first Thursday in August 2025 to the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November 2026, or until their successors are elected and qualified; extends the terms of the two school board members elected on the first Thursday in August 2022 from the first Thursday in August 2026 to the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November 2026, or until their successors are elected and qualified. - Amends Chapter 553 of the Acts of 1903; as amended.
