Business and Commerce - As introduced, increases from two years to 30 months the minimum period following the date of receipt that a transportation network must maintain records related to a rider complaint about a driver with whom the rider was matched and who the rider suspects was under the influence of drugs or alcohol during the trip. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 12; Title 13; Title 42; Title 54; Title 55; Title 56; Title 62; Title 65; Title 66; Title 67 and Title 68.
