Pensions and Retirement Benefits - As introduced, removes the requirement that the actuarial equivalent be paid to certain emergency medical services personnel, police officers, and firefighters who are eligible for early service retirement at 25 years of creditable service; requires that such persons who retire on or after January 1, 2023, be paid a full, unreduced retirement allowance and receive insurance coverage otherwise provided to members who are 100 percent vested in the service retirement benefit; requires such persons to also receive a supplemental bridge benefit. - Amends TCA Title 8, Chapter 34; Title 8, Chapter 35; Title 8, Chapter 36 and Title 8, Chapter 37.
