Tennessee Higher Education Commission - As introduced, requires the commission to include the average annual earnings of cohorts matriculating at 150 percent and 250 percent of the cohorts' expected time of degree completion in the outcomes-based funding formula model; requires same to be weighted in the model at 25 percent for four-year colleges and universities and at 50 percent for community colleges and colleges of applied technology. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 7.
