Healthcare Liability - As introduced, changes from within five business days to 10 business days after a second undeliverable healthcare liability letter the time within which the notice has to then be mailed to the provider's office or business address at the location where the provider last provided a medical service to a patient. - Amends TCA Title 29, Chapter 26 and Title 63, Chapter 2.
