Tennessee Fish & Wildlife Commission - As introduced, extends from 90 to 120 days the period after the close of a fiscal year within which nonprofit partners with which the wildlife resources agency enters into partnership agreements to promote and support the goals and objectives of the agency must provide a report setting forth the partner’s operation and accomplishments to the governor, the speakers of the senate and house of representatives, and the chair of the Tennessee fish and wildlife commission. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 8; Title 11; Title 12 and Title 70.
