Safety - As introduced, decreases, from 90 to 75 days, the time within which a boat dock or marina operator who is convicted of or pleads guilty to an offense of failing to comply with marina safety requirements has to come into compliance with such requirements before the state fire marshal declares that the boat dock or marina where the violation occurred is a threat to public safety and orders closure of such boat dock or marina until it complies with the requirements. - Amends TCA Title 68.
