Education - As introduced, authorizes a local board of education or a private or church-related school to apply excess instructional time accumulated during the school year toward the required 180 days of classroom instruction if the excess instructional time is not applied toward meeting instructional time requirements missed due to dangerous or extreme weather conditions. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 6, Part 30.
