Handgun Permits - As introduced, extends the validity of a concealed handgun carry permit from eight years from the date of issuance to the lifetime of the permit holder; increases the application fee for a concealed handgun carry permit from $65 to $75. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 13.
