Utilities, Utility Districts - As introduced, changes from February 1 to March 1, the date on which the comptroller must annually provide a written report to the speaker of the house of representatives and the speaker of the senate listing the average annual water loss contained in the annual audit for publicly owned water systems and wastewater facilities. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 5; Title 7; Title 9 and Title 68.
