Workers Compensation - As introduced, changes from December 31 to December 15 of each year the date by which the bureau of workers' compensation must report to the advisory council on workers' compensation, the chair of the commerce and labor committee of the senate, and the chair of the consumer and human resources committee of the house of representatives regarding all of the covered employers that failed to obtain coverage or self-insure during the previous fiscal year. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 8 and Title 50.
