Registers of Deeds - As introduced, requires certain county registers of deeds to follow the county's purchasing policies and procedures when obtaining approval of the county legislative body to make a purchase from revenue collected from data processing fees that is above an amount necessary for purchasing, upgrading, supplying, and maintaining computer equipment and software. - Amends TCA Title 8, Chapter 21, Part 10.
