Garnishments and Executions - As introduced, increases from $25,000 to $32,500 the homestead exemption from garnishment where the debtor has one or more minor children in the debtor's custody and the property is used by the debtor as the principal place of residence. - Amends TCA Title 26, Chapter 2 and Title 29, Chapter 7.
