JOINT RESOLUTION MAKING AN APPROPRIATION OF $500,000 IN RESTRICTED RECEIPT FUNDING IN THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2022 TO THE DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTHCARE, DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES AN HOSPITALS (Imposes three hundred dollar substance abuse education assessment for any conviction of driving under the influence or refusal to submit to breathalyzer. Funds would be allocated to department of behavioral health and used for substance abuse programs.)
