AN ACT RELATING TO HEALTH AND SAFETY - STATE BUILDING CODE (Amends the Gender Inclusive Restroom Act to have a municipality apply to the state building code standard committee for a waiver in the case of undue burden with compliance.)
AN ACT RELATING TO WATERS AND NAVIGATION -- COASTAL RESOURCES MANAGEMENT COUNCIL (Requires that future appointment of members to the coastal resources management council receive due consideration to those individuals possessing qualifications in specified areas and limits the members to serving three (3) successive appointments.)
