AN ACT RELATING TO CRIMINAL PROCEDURE -- TRIALS (Restricts the use of a victim's gender or sexual orientation as a defense by any defendant claiming provocation, diminished capacity or self-defense and prohibits the court from allowing such information into evidence.)
