Relative to 9-1-1 for Kids Week.
A resolution to propose to the people of the State of California an amendment to the Constitution of the State, by amending Section 20 of Article II thereof, by amending Section 8 of, and adding Section 9 to, Article III thereof, by amending Sections 2, 3, 8, and 10 of, and by amending, repealing, and adding Section 12 to, Article IV thereof, by amending Section 10.5 of, and by amending, repealing, and adding Sections 1, 2, 3, and 8 of, Article XIIIB thereof, and by amending Sections 8 and 8.5 of Article XVI thereof, relating to the Legislature.
A resolution to propose to the people of the State of California an amendment to the Constitution of the State, by amending Sections 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, and 10.5 of, and repealing Sections 9, 10, 12, and 13 of, Article XIIIB thereof, and by amending Section 8 of, and repealing Section 8.5 of, Article XVI thereof, relating to appropriations limitations.
