Passing stopped school bus.

Abstract

AN ACT relating to motor vehicles; providing a rebuttable presumption that the owner of the vehicle that unlawfully passed a stopped school bus was operating the vehicle at the time of the violation; clarifying that the owner is not subject to imprisonment for the violation as specified; and providing for an effective date.
