An Act to amend and reenact ยงยง 46.2-100, 46.2-316, 46.2-436, 46.2-439, 46.2-441, 46.2-706, and 46.2-707 through 46.2-709 of the Code of Virginia, relating to Department of Motor Vehicles; proof of financial responsibility in the future.
