Administrative Process Act; provisional license to an assisted living facility or adult day center.

Abstract

Commissioner of Social Services; appeal of provisional licenses. Requires that corrective action of an applicant for provisional licensure, acceptable to the Commissioner of Social Services and on a schedule determined by the Commissioner, shall be required prior to any appeal of the provisional license issued to an assisted living facility or adult day center. This bill is identical to HB 2597.

An Act to amend and reenact ยง 63.2-1707 of the Code of Virginia, relating to Department of Social Services; Administrative Process Act; issuance of provisional licenses; exemption from appeal.
