Virginia Consumer Protection Act; food labeling.

Abstract

Virginia Consumer Protection Act; food labeling. Prohibits the sale of any food required by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to have a nutrition label when such food is not labeled in accordance with federal law.

An Act to amend and reenact ยง 59.1-200, as it is currently effective and as it shall become effective, of the Code of Virginia, relating to Virginia Consumer Protection Act; food labeling.
