Abstract

Gift certificates; fees. Prohibits the imposition of a dormancy fee, an inactivity charge or fee, or a service fee with respect to a gift certificate, unless certain requirements of the bill are met.

An Act to amend and reenact ยงยง 59.1-530 and 59.1-531 of the Code of Virginia, relating to gift certificates; fees.
