Income tax, state; standard deduction.

Abstract

Virginia taxable income; standard deduction. Removes the sunset on elevated standard deduction amounts for single individuals and married persons that was scheduled to expire for taxable years beginning on and after January 1, 2026.

A BILL to amend and reenact ยง 58.1-322.03, as it is currently effective and as it may become effective, of the Code of Virginia, relating to Virginia taxable income; standard deduction. 24103720D
