Abstract

Constitutional amendment (first reference); right to food choice. Proposes an amendment to the Constitution of Virginia that declares the right of the people to acquire the food of their choice from the source of their choice shall not be infringed.

Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of Virginia by adding in Article I a section numbered 15-B, relating to right to food choice.
