Abstract

Juvenile respondent in protective order proceeding; certain orders. Provides that a court may, upon its own motion or the motion of an attorney or guardian ad litem representing a juvenile respondent in a protective order proceeding, enter an order that requires the local board of social services to provide services to the child and family.

An Act to amend and reenact ยงยง 16.1-253.1, 16.1-253.4, 16.1-279.1, 19.2-152.8, 19.2-152.9, and 19.2-152.10 of the Code of Virginia, relating to juvenile respondent in protective order proceeding; other dispositions.
