Virginia Criminal Sentencing Commission; increase membership.

Abstract

Membership of Virginia Criminal Sentencing Commission. Adds the executive director of the Virginia Indigent Defense Commission or his designee to the membership of the Virginia Criminal Sentencing Commission. As introduced, this bill was a recommendation of the Virginia Indigent Defense Commission.

A BILL to amend and reenact ยง 17.1-802 of the Code of Virginia, relating to membership of Virginia Criminal Sentencing Commission.
