Driver training schools; operation and licensure. Amends various provisions related to the operation and licensure of driver training schools. The bill grants the Commissioner of the Department of Motor Vehicles increased oversight authority over such operations.
An Act to amend and reenact ยงยง 46.2-1700, 46.2-1701, 46.2-1701.3, 46.2-1702 through 46.2-1705, and 46.2-1707 of the Code of Virginia and to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered 46.2-1701.3:1, relating to driver training schools; operation and licensure.
