Virginia Public Safety Communications Infrastructure Fund; definitions, created.

Abstract

Virginia Public Safety Communications InfrastructureFund and Program established. Establishes the Virginia PublicSafety Communications Infrastructure Fund and Program, to be administeredby the Department of Emergency Management and financially managedby the Virginia Resources Authority, for the purpose of making loansand awarding grants to local governments for the purpose of assistingwith improvement projects relating to public safety radio and communicationsinfrastructure.
