Tangible personal property tax; classification, satellite equipment.

Abstract

Tangible personal property tax; classification; satellite equipment. Restricts the special classification for tangible personal property that is used in manufacturing, testing, or operating satellites within a Multicounty Transportation Improvement District to only such property placed in service before January 1, 2025. Such property may be taxed at a lower rate than is applied to other tangible personal property.
