Establishes anadvisory board within the Virginia Information Technologies Agency to review and make recommendations regarding the creation and administrationof the Virginia Cyber Civilian Corps (the Corps), created by thebill. The bill instructs the Chief Information Officer to consult with the advisory board in decisions related to deployment of theCorps during cybersecurity incidents, defined in the bill.
