Uniform Statewide Building Code; bus shelters. Delegates enforcement of the Uniform Statewide Building Code to the local building official for bus shelters that do not exceed 256 square feet that are to be constructed for transit agencies receiving state money. The bill exempts the state from liability for any such bus shelter constructed on state-owned property. The bill has an expiration date of July 1, 2025.
