Abstract

Submetering or energy allocation equipment;billing requirements; unit owners. Provides that for the purposesof rules promulgated by the State Corporation Commission related tobilling requirements and all other rules related to submetering orenergy allocation equipment, those rules applicable to tenants willbe applicable to residential and nonresidential unit owners.
