Nuisance; action against adjoining property owner.

Abstract

Nuisance; action against adjoining propertyowner. Provides that a civil action may be brought by a propertyowner against the owner of an adjoining property alleged to be anuisance for damages and reasonable attorney fees and costs. Thebill further provides that a hearing held pursuant to such actionshall be held 90 days after the filing of such action and that, ifthe defendant provides evidence that he has taken all actions necessaryto correct the nuisance, the case shall be dismissed.
