Abstract

Virginia Public Procurement Act; preferences for goods, services, or construction by U.S. entities. Provides that in the case of a tie bid, preference shall be given first to goods produced in Virginia or to goods, services, or construction provided by Virginia persons, firms, or corporations and second to goods produced in the United States or to goods, services, or construction provided by United States persons, firms, or corporations. This Bill was Incorporated into HB 1361.
