Abstract

Marijuana presumption; driving or operatinga motor vehicle, etc., while intoxicated; penalty. Establishesa presumption of intoxication if a person has a blood concentration equal to or greater than 0.003 milligrams of delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinolper liter of blood.
