Abstract

Admission of evidence; evidentiary hearing;excluded persons. Exempts those persons whose presence, in thejudgment of the court, would be supportive of the complaining witnessor the accused and would not impair the conduct of a fair hearingfrom being excluded from evidentiary hearings for certain prosecutions.
