Sex offenses against children; prohibits convicted person from working on school property, penalty.

Abstract

Sex offenses prohibiting working on school property; penalty. Adds certain offenses involving children, includingkidnapping, trafficking, sex crimes, and prostitution and commercialsex crimes, to the list of offenses that would prohibit an adult ifconvicted of such offense from working or engaging in any volunteeractivity on property he knows or has reason to know is a public orprivate elementary or secondary school or child day center. A violationof any such offense is a Class 6 felony.
