Antique motor vehicles and antique trailers; license plates. Requires the Department of Motor Vehicles to accept multiple requests for the same license plate number for antique motor vehicles and antique trailers if the number combination is not currently registered on license plates embossed with the year matching the plate being requested and only one license plate with the same number combination has been issued for use after 1973 or, if the plate requested is for a motorcycle, 1976.
Antique motor vehicles and antique trailers;license plates. Requires the Department of Motor Vehicles to,upon application therefor, authorize for use on antique motor vehiclesand antique trailers license plates that are embossed with and areof the same year of issue as the model year of the antique motorvehicle or antique trailer on which they are to be displayed havingthe same number as license plates already authorized for use on anothermotor vehicle or trailer, provided that only one of such sets oflicense plates was manufactured in 1973 or thereafter and any othersuch license plates were manufactured prior to 1973 and are also embossed with and are of the same year of issue as the model year of the antiquemotor vehicle or antique trailer on which they are to be displayed.
