Improper parking; prohibits, in Planning Dist. 8, parking of vehicle with wheels fully on curb, etc.

Abstract

Improper parking. Authorizes localities in Planning District 8 to prohibit parking a motor vehicle with its wheels fully on the curb or with its wheels straddling the curb and provides that any motor vehicle parked on a curb is subject to a fine and may be removed by or under the direction of a law-enforcement officer or parking enforcement officer.

The bill provides that any vehicle parked on a curb is subject to a fine and may be removed by or under the direction of a law-enforcement officer or parking enforcement officer.
