Abstract

Department of Behavioral Health and DevelopmentalServices; voluntary mental health check-in option as part of thecomprehensive crisis system; report. Directs the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services to implement a voluntarymental health check-in option as part of the comprehensive crisissystem and to report by November 1, 2022, to the Governor and theChairmen of the House Committees on Appropriations and Health, Welfareand Institutions and the Senate Committees on Education and Healthand Finance and Appropriations regarding its progress in implementingsuch program.
