Food manufacturers operating in historic buildings.Authorizes the Commissioner of the Department of Agricultureand Consumer Services to exempt food manufacturers operating in historicbuildings from certain laws and regulations related to the structureof a building if the food manufacturer is deemed to be producingfood products that are low risk of being adulterated.
