Abstract

Required disclosure for buyer to beware; buyer due diligence; historic districts. Adds a survey of the property to the list of materials that a purchaser of the property can review as part of exercising whatever due diligence the particular purchaser deems necessary with respect to a historic district designated by the locality.

Historic districts; property survey. Allows any locality within Planning District 8 that establishes a local historic district to require that a survey of property lines be completed prior to a land purchase within the historic district.
