Abstract

Virginia Human Rights Act; employee safety;definition changes. Amends the definitions of "domestic worker"to exclude babysitters, nannies, caretakers, home health aides, andpersonal care aids; "employer" to one who employs at least three persons; and "domestic service" to exclude services performed bycompanions.
