Abstract

Department of Health; Department of Environmental Quality; harmful algal bloom mitigation. Directs the Department of Health and Department of Environmental Quality to develop a harmful algal bloom mitigation plan for Lake Anna through or in conjunction with a public institution of higher learning and other organizations as deemed necessary.
