Statewide Telehealth Plan; emergency services coordination.

Abstract

Department of Health; Statewide Telehealth Plan;emergency services coordination. Directs the Department of Healthto amend the Statewide Telehealth Plan to require health care providersproviding telehealth services to directly contact and coordinatewith emergency services in accordance with the standard of care thatis appropriate to the patient's situation and to the services renderedduring the telehealth visit.
