Unlawful use of subaqueous beds; replacement of piers. Excludes the replacement of certain private piers used for noncommercial purposes from the requirement that a permit be issued by the Virginia Marine Resources Commission prior to taking certain actions regarding the beds of the bays, ocean, rivers, streams, or creeks that are the property of the Commonwealth.
Uniform Statewide Building Code; issuance ofpermits; exemptions for alterations for certain projects. Providesthat once an applicant has obtained a permit for the constructionof a deck, such applicant shall not be required to obtain or renewa permit to make alterations to, remove any structure to, or redesignsuch deck.
